This fast response, stainless steel, needle penetration probe is suitable for liquids and semi-solids including delicate foods, soft rubber/ plastic etc, although there are many other alternative uses for which this probe could be equally suitable.

It has a probe diameter of 1.8mm and a probe length of 130mm. Response time less than two seconds.
Maximum probe temperature 250°C. Available in Type K or Type T version.
