BST Acrylic Test Cubes

Product Description

Our test cubes are precision manufactured using cast acrylic, with full traceability. Each test cube is supplied with a manufacturers certificate of conformity, these acrylic test cubes are made from high visibility acrylic with colour coded lettering.

Regular performance testing of both metal detection and x-ray inspection equipment is an essential component of a quality management system. Confirming the accurate performance of a company’s process controls to ensure compliance to the QMS requires calibrated test equipment with full traceability and all equipment certified according to BS EN ISO 9002 and UKAS calibration.

Contaminants available:
Fe – Ferrous – High Visibility Red Casing
NF – Non-ferrous – High Visibility Green Casing
S4 – Stainless Steel 304 – High Visibility Blue Casing
S6 – Stainless Steel 316 – High Visibility Blue Casing

Cube Size (Contaminants from to 1.0mm): 20mm and 30mm

Please note all our test pieces are manufactured to order and may take up to 14 working days to be delivered. Other cube sizes, contaminants and bearing sizes including Aluminium, Stainless Steel 440, Stainless Steel 420 and Bronze are available upon request.
