Eclipse 72-95 Brix handheld refractometer – High sugar

This Eclipse handheld refractometer comes with a Brix scale ranging from 72-95. As this model focuses on the high end of the sugar scale it is ideal for the control and monitoring of confectionary,  syrups, toffee and honey.

Because 75 °Brix is beyond the saturation points of sugar solutions we recommend using a Bellingham + Stanley calibration oil to reset calibration with this refractometer. You can find our range of calibration materials here.
