Refunds and Order Cancellations Policies
You have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days on receipt of goods. You may cancel your order by:-
(a) sending a notice of cancellation by email, fax or post ensuring that you quote your name and address.
(b) if you have already received the goods, by returning the goods unopened together with the original invoice within 7 working days from the date you receive the goods.
Subject to the above, we will then refund you the purchase price of the goods after they have been inspected by our quality control department to ensure they are in un-used condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered them to you in error. Any missing accessories or components which were part of the original order, but are not returned will also be charged for.
Once we receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms), any sum debited from your credit or debit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit or debit card account as soon as possible, but no later than 28 days of your order, provided that the goods you wish to return are received back by us in the condition they were delivered to you in. What about damaged/faulty goods?
We take great care in quality control and packing of your order. In the unlikely event that you receive goods from us that are damaged or appear to be faulty, we would ask that you:-
(a) Keep all original packaging – and if possible photograph the shipment in the condition it was received. This will aid us in ascertaining the nature of the damage that occurred and will help us improve the service delivered by our courier company.
(b) Please contact us before returning any such items, this is because our products are technical in nature and it is possible that an item that appears faulty, may in fact just require the correct procedure to be followed, guidance which we can provide over the phone.
It is extremely unlikely that you will encounter either of the above issues as all Sinclair and Campbell products are inspected before dispatch, and we take great care in the packaging and the shipping of your order. If an item is received in a damaged state, is genuinely faulty and you’d rather send it back – then subject to the items being returned in the condition they were received, we will credit the full transaction back to your credit or debit card.
